• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• I want to commission a drawing of my OC or D&D Character, what do you need from me?

  I have an "as much or as little as you want" policy for character commissions.

  If you have a lot of references or lore you'd like to share, absolutely feel free to send me everything. If your OC is more of a nebulous concept you want me to design a character around, I can send you a little questionnaire to fill out so I have a good idea of what you're imagining (I'd hate for you to get your commission and hate it because it's nothing like you're envisioned in your head).

  Nothing is too much, too little, or too weird! In the past, I have received:

  Spotify Playlists
  References from other Commissions
  Pinterest Boards
  An Entire Powerpoint Written in Character, about an In Game Event 
  A 20 Page Google Doc of Lore 
  The phrase, "she's a warforged in the shape of a porcelain doll they found in a cave," and then, "regency" when I asked if the commissioner had a favourite era in fashion. 

  If you're worried about me getting your character right, I'm happy to send you one or two updates as I work and make minor changes as desired.

  In cases where a full redraw is requested or necessary, I do reserve the right to send an additional invoice to cover the extra work.
